These terms are between you and Empowered Insurance & Consulting, which operates Bolt CRM. By using Bolt you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your team's accounts.

Acceptable use

Use Bolt only for lawful business. You're responsible for consent to call and text your contacts and for following TCPA, A2P 10DLC and do-not-call rules.

Your data

You own the data you put in Bolt. You give us permission to process it only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy.

Billing

Plans and usage are billed through Stripe as shown when you sign up. Unpaid accounts may be paused.

Third-party services

Connections like Google Calendar are optional and also subject to those providers' terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Bolt is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
